The following tutorials explain the method of surface-pd usage.
The maintained surface-enumeration Python API notebook
uses a committed slab to demonstrate deterministic setup and an explicitly
optional enumlib execution. The maintained phase-diagram Python API notebook
uses committed scientific inputs and is executed by the test suite. Runnable
Python tutorials live under examples/ so that their code is not duplicated
in Sphinx. The runnable surface-enumeration command-line guide
and phase-diagram command-line guide
also live beside their committed inputs. Sphinx retains durable command and
input reference without reproducing those walkthroughs.
